The trend of premium waters being considered fine waters on the table pushes the limits of where water is sourced. New and exciting sources are creating great emotional stories for an epicurean experience.
So, will the exotic sources expand? I think so. I hope I will someday taste the water from outer space, maybe collected from a billion-year- old ice comet, or taste a 1.6 billion-year-old water, older than Mount Everest and the dinosaurs. I would take only a tiny sip as it is 10 times saltier than seawater and smells like rotten eggs. The water was discovered deep down in a mine in Canada in 2013.
