AQA FINELLI Water Analysis:
Dr. Hans-Jörg Pohlmann discovered the Haderheck spring in a garage in Königstein im Taunus in the 1960s. Due to its health-promoting properties, the spring water extracted there was very popular as healing water. After Dr. Pohlmann's death, operations ceased, and the spring fell into oblivion. In 2019, two enthusiasts from the region put it back into operation by investing in a new, modern bottling plant and creating their brand Radius99. Radius99 closed in 2024 for the new brand AQA FINELLI with its carbonated Version.
Water sommelier Pat Eckert developed the Manufactory Water AQA FINELLI as a new concept of water for fine dining. The brand was first presented to parts of the trade public at the Fine Water Summit 2023 in Athens. In 2024, it became the first German water in the ten-year history of the Zenith Global Water Drinks Awards to be nominated in Best Natural Still Water and Best Natural Sparkling Water. AQA FINELLI left the race as a finalist.
