Water Sommelier: Certified Water Sommelier on staff.

At the foothills of Shutlinsloe, known as the "Matterhorn of Cheshire" in the village of Wildboarclough in the Peak District, lies a country Inn called The Crag. The inn, bought by Doran and his family in 2016, included a natural spring supplying water for the inn.

The water filters through layers of mudstones and coarse sandstones from the Carboniferous period. The main aim of the venture was to produce a natural, environmentally friendly product. Crag Spring Water is bottled in glass and takes back the used bottles to wash, sanitize, and reuse them in an environmentally friendly way.
