Ô Muse Premier Cru (Alsace)
At the heart of the natural regional park of the Vosges Mountains, surrounded by fabulous vineyards, in a preserved environment, the Ô Muse Premier Cru Spring Water has been discovered in 1272 by a Franciscan monk.The Alsace source was probably known in the Roman epoch but it was first exactly mentioned in the year 1272 by a Franciscan monk. Kept by the mountains as a precious secret the source was re-discovered again in the 17th century and thermal baths were built in 1662. The Natural Mineral Water is bottled at source from an idyllic village nestling in the foothills of the Mountains on the England / Welsh border. Records show that our local village hall was originally built as a bottled water factory in the early 1900’s. The water was bottled in glass (still/sparkling) and sent primarily for sale in London.Minerality: Low (128mg/l)
