Valverde's source is an ancient springs in the geographical area of Valsesia in the municipal land of Breia near Quarona Sesia. The spring is located at 2,100 ft (703 m) above sea level in an area without any industry settlement or human habitation.
Valverde water is bottled at the source in the Alpe Argnacca, mainly made of granite and it has forest vegetation with beeches, chestnuts and firs and the climate is typical of the central Alpine area in Europe.
The bottle design has been developed by the famous Italian designer Matteo Thun. "The Shape of Water" is the concept inspired by the qualities of the water: pureness and lightness.
