In June 0f 2023, The Güitig Academy created a major event in Quito, Ecuador, to educate HORECA about the latest trends in elevating water and water service. My key not speech focused and “Taste & Flavor” and “Experiences with Water”. The audience consisted of chefs, sommeliers, food and beverage managers, VIPs, and food bloggers and influencers.
In addition to my lecture and water tasting, local chefs created a tasting menu for Güitig water and mixologist created innovative alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with Güitig.
The event was another great example of how to elevate water and create experiences with water in restaurants.
