Stănija is a village in the commune of Buceș in Hunedoara County, Transylvania, Romania. It is located at the south-eastern foothills of the Bihor Mountains, in the north-eastern part of Hunedoara County within the commune of Buceș.
Despite rather late documentary evidence, especially for the villages of Mihăileni and Stănija, historical sources show that these areas have been inhabited since time immemorial. In Mihăileni, for example, unfinished archaeological excavations have uncovered material traces of the 'Coțofeni' culture. Traces of habitation and ancient occupations (gold mining) have been found in the present-day in the Stănija area - traces of ancient mining settlements, Roman pottery, bricks, opaques, grinders and even pieces of wood used in galleries.
The spring source was first mentioned in Roman times and was even brought into the valley through the well-known “aquaeductus”.
The artesian spring, emerges from the depths of the earth and comes out from an altitude of 755 meters above sea level containing the perfect amount of high-quality minerals and ionized precious metals.
The usual spring water is predominantly Yin oriented with an energetic value of approximately 25.000 BE (Bovesian Energy units). Based on the acquired expertise of the Institute, our water has a Yang polarity of 9 degrees with measurements of about 70 cm. Aqua Prestige spring source achieves the maximum energetic value of 40.000 BE, confirming the Unique Energetic Value. Aqua Prestige spring source provides high energy levels for human body because of the Yang orientation to strengthen the body, mind, and soul.
