Aonni comes from an aquifer located inside a privately owned, 600 hectares farm totally protected from any industrial or human intervention. The area is characterized by the virginity of its soils and the Patagonian Forests which have remained untouched since the beginning of time.

The aquifer was formed by glacifluvial soils linked to sedimentary and erosive processes for the last 10.000 years. The water is collected at the spring and piped by gravity in stainless steel piping to the bottling plant where the water is bottled.

The upscale but very organic and tactile glass presentation of Aonni will be a focal point at any epicurean table. The empty bottle will probably not end up in recycling but being used as vase or as a vessel for other liquids. It's that beautiful ...

Chilean Patagonia has a particularity that is distinguished and exclusively of that place: THE DETACHMENT. We can notice disunity, a separation of what was linked before, the surrounding elements live in constant alteration. This detachment produces cracks, isolation, torsions, new tensions. The glaciers detach from the massive ice fields, the trees get inclined by winds, the islands live separated from the land surrounded by water, and the geography is the result of energic erosions.
