The Beartooth Mountain Range was formed 60 million years ago during the Laramide Orogeny, an episode of great mountain building that resulted in the preservation of 3.3 to 4 billion year old pre-cambrian granite (formed before the existence of bacterial life) and crystallized metamorphic rock 10,000 feet or more above sea level. This same immense rock formation serves as the natural filtration system for the spring water that flows downward to the bottling facility.
American Summit is bottled at the source and by being native to North America it reduces the transportation footprint to North American consumers and can offer very fresh, high quality water. American Summits spring water is available in restaurants, hotels and specialty retailers throughout the country in a upscale, epicurean glass presentation (750 ml and 355 ml) in still and sparkling.

Bone marrow is the creamy food that we find in the middle of long bones like the femur or the humerus. It’s mostly fat with a high amount of fat soluble vitamins and it tastes amazing. To enjoy the texture undisturbed I would recommend a Still Water of Medium Minerality like American Summits.
