The production of Melt Water Original is a multifaceted process which replicates the natural phenomenon of glacier formation and its subsequent thawing. Melt Water is produced using Artesian Water, extracted from a well. The extracted water is put through a freezing process. The first layer to freeze (top layer of ice) is what contains elements of “Heavy Water“ and it is removed using a special method.
The remaining water then moves on to the next stage where the formation of thick ice is produced, this is done by further reducing the temperature. When the thick ice starts to form the molecules of freezing water press away all the impurities into the center of the ice cube, which subsequently forms a liquid bubble in the center, this is then removed using our unique technology. The remaining thick ice is then melted and bottled.
Melt Water Original was awarded the Lithuanian Product of the Year 2013 Gold for its technological innovation in production, uniqueness, and outstanding quality and was awarded as one of the three best new products in the beverage technology category at Drinktec 2013 in Munich, Germany.
