The characteristics of the natural system and underground conditions, such as pressure, temperature, and longstanding flows through the geological layers, have formed unique natural mineral water with its own carbon dioxide bubbles, which is a rarity and a true natural phenomenon. Radenska Kraljevi vrelec is coming from the spring, which is 150m underground in-depth and is also bottled at the source Kraljevi vrelec in Radenci region.
Carbon dioxide (CO2) that comes from the deep underground layers contributes to the dissolution of rock minerals through which water then breaks through. This process enriches the Radenska Kraljevi vrelec with a broad pallet of various minerals - sodium, calcium, and magnesium which, together with hydrogen carbonates, provide a natural source of minerals for the organism. Radenska is, therefore, an excellent source of hydration.
Due to the calcium and magnesium content, it also has positive properties for metabolism, muscle functions, and the maintenance of healthy bones.
Radenska has been closely connected to nature from the very beginning. The mineral water springs, discovered by a medical student named Karl Henn, have received the respect, care and pride of everybody who has come across this gift of nature since it was first filled into clay pots in 1869. In the past, Radenska was valued abroad: the natural mineral water from Radenska was the exclusive water of the imperial court in Vienna and of the Papal Court in the Vatican. Radenska was also the official water of the Olympic Games in Sarajevo.
