The Sainte Victoire mountain is an iconic symbol of Aix en Provence, with its white limestone ridges, lavender, and thyme aroma. Since the foundations of Aix by the roman Consul Caius Sextius in the 1st Century, the millennial mineral springs emerge from the Sainte-Victoire mountain, so dear to Cezanne and Picasso.

The water for 808 emerges from a depth of 808m under its own pressure at an artesian spring. The journey through the unique geology gives the water its character with a balanced portfolio of bicarbonates, manganese, silica, sulfates, and iron, amongst other things.

The water is bottled at the source, and to preserve the outstanding features and enhance the commitment to environmental preservation, 808 also uses recyclable glass bottles.

To provide a large range of dining experiences, 808 offers three types of variants: natural still, subtly sparking, and very sparkling.
