The source of JIRISANSOO is located on the northern side of Jirisan National Mountain (1,915m) in an protected valley that is considered to be the absolutely pollution-free environment and the cleanest area in Korea. The source is located at an altitude of 550m and the water is drawn from 250m underneath of natural bedrock. Due to the geological characteristics and the protection of the bedrock, there are zero potential for source of pollution of the protected aquifer. The water is bottled at the source.
JIRISANSOO was awarded the top award in a domestic water in a water tasting event and selected as the official mineral water for 2018–2020 KPGA Korean Tour.
