We expect close to 1,000 bottles for the event, so please help us manage the load by following the instructions.
TIME FRAME
Please ensure your shipment arrives in Atlanta between March 17th and April 18th.
If you send samples from outside the USA, please send them early, as there might be delays in customs.
You can bring the samples in person if you attend the Atlanta events. We must receive the samples at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel by Thursday, April 24th, at 2 pm to be included in the Taste and Design Competition. We recommend this method, especially for samples from outside of the USA.
HOW MUCH WATER?
We need the water for the Taste and Design Competition and the Food & Water Pairing Dinner Event. Please do not send more water, as we cannot handle large volumes.
If you have Still AND Sparkling, please send:
8 x 750ml Still
8 x 750ml Sparkling
(We need 6 liters of your water in each STILL & SPARKLING version.
If you have different bottle sizes, an equivalent would be 6x 1L or 12 x 500ml or 18 x 330ml,….)
If you have Still OR Sparkling only, please send:
10 x 750ml
(We need 7.5 liters of your water. If you have different bottle sizes, an equivalent would be 8x 1L or 15 x 500ml or 23 x 330ml ...).
We suggest sending us your most iconic bottles for the design category. You can compete in all the design categories. If you have Glass, PET, Aluminum, Tetra, or Bag-in-a-box, please send us two samples each. This is in addition to the amount above.
PACKING
Expect severe abuse of the shipment and pack accordingly. Just shipping in your standard box will end in disaster. We have actual footage of a recent water delivery: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YrpmZFixp0
- Please write the BRAND NAME of your water in large letters on at least two sides of the box to quickly identify your shipment.
- If possible, please send your water in one box. If you have multiple boxes, please mark them 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 etc.

Include a Commercial Pro-Forma Invoice with FDA & DUNS number if available.
- One invoice per tracking number.
- Describe as SAMPLES with estimated price per sample.
- Please ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP, where the shipper is responsible for paying all shipping-related expenses and risks, including import taxes and duties).
- In rare cases, depending on the country and the mood of customs officials, we receive invoices for “custom fees,” which we will pay to receive the waters. We will invoice you after the events for any possible fees.
