Head chef Petter Nilsson recently came back from his 15 French exile years where he ran renowned restaurants La Gazzetta in Paris and Les Trois Salons in Uzès. Petter is also a well-known name on the international avant garde cooking scene.
The restaurant, having been named one of the premier museum restaurants in the world.
We will create a custom menu experience and will have all more than 50 waters from all around the world available to taste and be matched with the food by the attending water sommeliers.
Only natural unprocessed waters as defined by the Fine Water Society, are eligible. Participating brands need to be approved by the Fine Water Society.
There is no entry fee for current members of the Fine Water Society. The fee for non-members is $ 900 per brand for 3 categories (still/sparkling/design).

FineWaters represents the Fine Water category, educating the consumers and the media and F&B professionals about water not just being water.
